Orders can not be cancelled or changed once submitted. If a change must be made, please wait until you receive your order. We will initiate the exchange or return policy then. - Exchange and return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and you must provide the garment in its original condition; including tags and garment bag.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns and exchanges
- Shipping costs for all exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the sender.
- Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, will allow for your request to be processed as fast as possible
- Once you have received your return authorization number from us, put the jacket back in its original box and clearly write the return authorization number we gave you on the outside of the box
- For an exchange, we will release your new items once your initial product has been received and inspected.
- We will inspect all goods before processing a refund
- Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time received for your credit card company to process the refund into your account.
